Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN)

A Texas-based health services network is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) for a great Night shift opportunity with their Labor & Delivery team.

Responsibilities:

The Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) will:

• Assess, implement, delegate, plan, and evaluate total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy
• Provide and directing patient care for a group of patients
• Provide clinical supervision for entry-level Nurses and assist in their development.
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Nursing experience
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• TX Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in a Labor & Delivery and/or similar setting
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
• Patient oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
