Bay Area Hospital in beautiful Coos Bay, OR is in need of a night shift L&D RNs ASAP!

All that is needed to start is a National BG check and COVID vaccination!

LABOR & DELIVERY (L&D) core Requirement of all staff
• Sterile vaginal examinations
• Fetal scalp electrode placement
• Assist with/maintain intrauterine catheter placement
• Apply and monitor cervical ripening agent
• Delivery preparations, including set-up of delivery table, maintenance of sterile field
• Perform and interpret antepartum non-stress test (NST)
• Perform and interpret fetal monitoring
• Perform and maintain amnioinfusion
• Assist practitioner with delivery process, including vacuum extraction, shoulder dystocia,
hemorrhage
• Monitor/maintain epidural analgesia catheter and infusion
• Familiar with principles of perinatal epidural analgesia
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
6 months of L&D experience - Preferred
BLS & NRP - Required
Licensed as a RN in the state of OR - Required
EPIC experience - Required
Must be fully vaccinated by time of start- Required (please include vaccination status in the submission notes)
