With limited supervision coordinates the delivery of health care services to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of OB-GYN patients. Establishes and maintains standards of care in Ultrasound sciences. Exercises professional judgment in performance of duties. Assures appropriate patient care management and adjust daily operations to meet the needs of a changing work environment.
* High School Diploma required; Associates Degree from an OB-GYN Ultrasound program preferred (Certificate or Degree as long as registry eligible).
* Holds current credentials as a Registered Ultrasound Technologist.
* Five (5) years of experience in scanning OB-GYN procedures.
* Basic Life Support and other advanced training as appropriate.
