Responsibilities
If you are OK with variable acuity and pace, great teamwork, an atmosphere of a work family where they can demonstrate reliability, dependability, initiative, critical thinking skills, empathy and compassion then we would love to have them. Scheduling is self-provided needs of the unit are met & gaps are filled. Must work holidays. Patient Population: Level III - Premature, respiratory distress, multiples common, Late Pre-Term, ELBW, hypoglycemic, sepsis, occasional surgeries. Acuity can range from very acute to non-acute and lacks any pattern. Census can swing from 5 to 20.
Qualifications
2 years experience in the area of NICU as a Registered Nurse (RN) and an associate or bachelor's degree in Nursing with a license in the state you are applying. (A compact license is acceptable)
