Overview
+ $7/hr TowerSelect Incentive
+ shift and weekend differentials when applicable
Prefer one year experience in Pediatrics or NICU
Staff will rotate to Peds/NICU/Mother Baby at Reading and NICU/Mother Baby at Phoenixville
$10,000 bonus with 12 months or more of RN experience!
$1,000 in first 30 days, $3,000 at 6 months, 12 months and 18 months.
Must maintain FTE of 0.6 or higher in a bonus eligible unit.
Responsibilities
The registered nurse develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines.
