Summary:
The RN Coordinator, Patient Care (Clinical Coordinator) is a Registered Nurse responsible for orientation and staff development for all nursing personnel.A significant part of the role relates to planning and implementing continuing education programs.The RN Coordinator, Patient Care (Clinical Coordinator) further contributes to unit through support of the philosophy, objectives, and educational effort initiated by CHRISTUS Hospital.
Requirements:
A.Education/Skills
·Graduate of State Board School of Nursing or equivalent.
·BSN preferred
·Certification in area of specialty preferred.
B.Experience
·Five (5) years' experience in specialty preferred.
C.Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
·Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas
