Responsibilities:

In your role, you will:
Collaborate and lead a multidisciplinary team and provide support throughout the women's service line.
Be accountable for the direction, supervision, and evaluation of patient care performed by nursing personnel within their assigned service setting in accordance with established goals.
Be responsible for unit operation, scheduling, position control, staffing, and coordination of the quality improvement process.
Support monthly financial reporting, budget preparation and ensuring the laboratory is on target to meet performance and operational goals
Driving performance improvement by monitoring and evaluating of patient/service outcomes
Apply advanced, broad-based knowledge of nursing practice and theory as well as advanced knowledge of techniques of supervision, management, and leadership as applied to specific nursing responsibilities.
Qualifications:Education and Experience Minimum Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required
Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR other healthcare-related Bachelor's degree preferred
Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability required
3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
Licenses and Certifications:
BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
