Spring View Hospital
Provides independent and collaborative primary healthcare and management of care to women before, during, and
after pregnancy, including care of the newborn, in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Job Requirements:
Minimum education
□ Required: Successful completion of a state-approved program for CNM
□ Required: Must complete the credentialing process and be appointed by the Board of Trustees Executive
Committee.
□ Required: Must satisfactorily complete the hospitals and office's orientation program and probationary period.
Minimum Work Experience
□ Required: Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience in women's reproductive health care e.g. OB/GYN or
Family Planning functioning in the role of CNM.
□ Preferred: At least five (5) years nursing experience in women's reproductive health care e.g. OB/GYN or Family
Planning functioning in the role of CNM.
Required License: Current CNM license for Kentucky
