The Incumbent provides, coordinates and directs care to individuals and families using a holistic approach. The nursing process is used as a structured mechanism for critical thinking and problem solving in providing effective and appropriate care within a safe and confidential environment from admission to discharge. L&D RN opening
This position is primarily a Labor & Delivery position. With appropriate training, may be required to work in postpartum or newborn nursery role.
- 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery
- Fetal monitoring experience is required for L&D/antepartum positions.
- C/Section Experience is preferred.
- Candidates must have a CA RN and BLS from the American Heart Association.
- NRP certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Other certifications may be required.
