Registered Nurse (RN) Labor & Deliver (L&D) FT nights - BRADENTON, Florida - Labor and Delivery

Responsibilities
At least 1 year of acute care L&D RN experience desired.

The private labor, delivery and recovery suites at Manatee Memorial Hospital are fully equipped with advanced technology and are comfortably arranged to provide a pleasant environment.

Childbirth services include:

• Labor and delivery
• Natural childbirth
• Cesarean birth
• Labor pain management options, including epidural
• High-risk births

Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.ÿ Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times. Other duties as assigned.ÿÿ

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility. BLS, ACLS, AWON, PALS requiredÿ Refer to Section IV ?Unit/Department Specialty Specific Requirements? for additional minimal qualifications and/or certifications FLÿNursing License. High School Graduate or equivalent

Prefer one year full time or three years part-time experience in L &D unit. ÿ ÿ
