Growth.In your role, you will:Collaborate and lead a multidisciplinary team and provide support throughout the womens service line.Be accountable for the direction, supervision, and evaluation of patient care performed by nursing personnel within their assigned service setting in accordance with established goals. Be responsible for unit operation, scheduling, position control, staffing, and coordination of the quality improvement process. Support monthly financial reporting, budget preparation and ensuring the laboratory is on target to meet performance and operational goalsDriving performance improvement by monitoring and evaluating of patient/service outcomesApply advanced, broad-based knowledge of nursing practice and theory as well as advanced knowledge of techniques of supervision, management, and leadership as applied to specific nursing responsibilities.
