Minimum Requirements:
Two years of the following experience is required: Maternal and child experience IV Insertion and phlebotomy skill Conscious sedation

RN License required Primary Source Verification required AHA BLS required AHA ACLS required IV Certification required NRP required Conscious sedation certification preferred
