Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our Special Delivery Unit (Days/Nights)!

Join a talented team of clinicians dedicated to making breakthroughs that improve the lives of children. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor provides leadership and direct day to day supervision of staff, and is responsible for assuring delivery of safe, efficient, cost effective, age specific nursing care. This role is also responsible for and deploys unit strategies designed to meet defined unit and CHOP clinical, financial and quality initiatives and associated performance and outcome targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have BSN
  • At least one (1) year of progressive leadership experience.
  • Previous experience with human relations, human & material resource management.
  • Previous experience providing clinical and administrative nursing leadership.
  • Preferred experience of 3 years in Labor/Delivery
