Actively seeking candidates for the Perinatal Safety and Quality (RN) - Women Nursing Administration position to join our Nurse Leadership and Education team with University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

Job Summary


Perinatal Safety and Quality Specialist collaborates with the obstetrical, hospital and UMMS, MMCIP leadership to promote a patient safety culture and adherence to national clinical standards, utilizing principles and practices of safety.

What You Need to Be Successful:

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Obstetrics required
  • Active RN License in the state of Maryland
  • Current BLS, ACLS and NRP required
  • Current Fetal Monitoring Certification or NCC or Core certification required
  • Prior certification in Obstetric and Neonatal Quality preferred
