Responsibilities:
Your RN Career at Community | Opportunity. Challenge. Growth.Our 84-bed, Level III NICU is the largest in the region and provides care for infants with complex critical care needs, including premature infants and babies with a variety of diagnoses. You will join a NICU team over 200 strong and we are a very collaborative and close group! We take great pride serving the infants and families of our community and have a strong RN RCP team model here which provides the best delivery of care at the bedside.When you join our team you can focus on the area of care that you are passionate about, ranging from attending high risk deliveries, development as a Neonatal Resuscitation Team Member, or excellence in discharge education and preparation for home. Regardless of your passion within NICU, we have the resources to explore supporting your professional growth and development through training.We know that our ability to provide the highest level of care begins with our incredible staff.
