The NICU Level IV unit at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital is offering a $9,000 sign on bonus.The NICU at University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital has staff with extensive specialized training and experience to provide stabilizing and life-saving care for sick newborns. The NICU is recognized as a Level IV NICU the highest level of intensive care for neonates.We are a designated March of Dimes NICU Family Support program and have a Neuro NICU with specialized care for babies with neurologic conditions.NICU Level IV: 49 bedsProvides developmentally appropriate care to infants born 22 weeks and above 1-2 patients per RN depending on stability of the babyRNs must become NRP certified.Neonatal Nurse Practitioners on Staff 24/7This position will be working 72 hours every two weeks on the rotating day/night shift, 12 hour shifts and every third weekend. The position is eligible for benefits including loan repayment.

Required:1 year of NICU RN experience OR at least 6 months of current employment at UMMCH as a NICU RNMN RN LicenseBLS
