Job Requirements:

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting
• Entering a patient's room
• Design an ongoing education program for emergency room staff
• Updating patient communication board in patient's room
• Provide care for patients with various types of illness or trauma requiring emergency attention
• Administering nursing care to patients via the nursing process
• Determine the scope of assessment and care for patients in need of emergency care
• Coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients
• Serve as patient advocate and provide patient care
• Participate in emergency preparedness/disaster training
• Assure availability of emergency equipment/pharmaceuticals
• Provide nursing care to identified patient population
• Coordinate medical and nursing management of patient care
• Coordinate medical andnursing management of patient care
• Coordinate all nursing care provided to assigned patients
• Providing patient care within a hospital setting
• Providing advanced nursing care for patients in emergency care units
• Enhance delivery of patient care
• Direct the nursing care provided to patients on a nursing unit
• Identifying and organizing patient flow from emergency department to in-patient units or community services
