Responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing safe and appropriate care for the Women's Health Pavilion. Responsible for fiscal management, performance improvement activities, and compliance with all relevant policies/procedures and regulations. Manages all aspects of personnel processes. Communicates information effectively. Ability to make timely decisions and manage change process. Must interface with all departments as part of the management team. Responsible for oversight of delivery of care to the obstetrical patient, newborns and GYN surgical patients. Credentials - Essential:

  • RN - Registered Nurse
  • BLS - Basic Life Saving certification
  • BABY Certification-15 Hrs Online, 5 Hrs Observation
  • S.T.A.B.L.E. - Post-Resuscitation/pre-transport stabilization
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program/ Certificate

  • Experience In Hospital Or Acute Care Setting

  • Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members
  • Able To Withstand Crisis Situations
