Deliver quality patient care in a fast-paced critical setting.

Excellent coordinating care for multiple patients at a time.

Excellent time management skills; maximizing slow periods to complete tasks during your shift.

Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.

First time hire RNs are eligible for our $20,000 sign-on bonus. We are also offering $5,000 toward relocation assistance for new hires if applicable.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

ND RN Graduate Work Authorization obtaining active Registered Nursing License in North Dakota or a current RN license that allows you to practice in the state of North Dakota within 90 days of employment

Active Registered Nursing License in North Dakota or a current RN license that allows you to practice in the state of North Dakota

Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtained within 30 days of hire

ACLS & PALS must be obtained within 12 months of hire and maintained
