Salary: $81,490 to $167,370 /year

Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher educational attainment from an accredited program
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- 1+ years of experience in Women's Health, OB/GYN, or a related area preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association or equivalent organization
- Proficient in fetal monitoring and labor management, with current certification such as AWHONN Fetal Monitoring or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to women in various stages of pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, adhering to evidence-based practices
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform other necessary treatments under the guidance of healthcare providers
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including obstetricians, neonatologists, and lactation consultants to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate and counsel patients and their families on prenatal and postnatal care, birth options, and general women's health
- Accurately document patient information and medical history in electronic health records, following HIPAA guidelines
