Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg Gynecology team. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to women undergoing gynecological procedures and treatments, working in a collaborative and patient-focused environment. • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Med/Surg Gynecology unit, assessing and managing patient needs.
• Advocacy: Advocate for patients' autonomy, dignity, and values in care planning.
• Education: Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members to promote learning and improved care.
• Safety & Quality: Prioritize patient safety and quality care through evidence-based practices.
• Professional Growth: Engage in continuous learning and contribute to research and evidence-based initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS (Basic Life Support) certification - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg GYN nursing experience (clinical rotation in school and residency programs do not count).
