Job Description
Job Title: Labor and Delivery Nurse

Job Specialty: Labor and Delivery, Post Partum

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend requirement

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Experience: Minimum of 2 years

License: Active RN License

Certifications: Fetal Monitoring Certification

Must-Have:
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records
- Ability to circulate and recover C-section patients
- Ability to float to the Post Partum department

Job Description:
- Provide care for women in labor, during delivery, and in post-partum recovery
- Monitor fetal heart rates and interpret results
- Assist with delivery procedures and C-sections; circulate and recover patients
- Provide care to newborns during the recovery period, if needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to execute patient care plans
- Participate in continuous education and training
- Flexibility to accept up to 36 hours of call-off during the assignment, if requested
