Schedule Information8 Hr shifts: 8am-5pm.1 Hr break.Weekend Requirement: take calls from staff when needed.Holiday Requirement: NO.Occasional calls from staff on weekends.

Unit Specific InformationCNA, unit secretary, hearing screener, BC clerk, lactation staff available.No floating outside post-partum.Navy blue scrub color/dress code.

Additional DetailsRequired Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP.Cerner Required.No first-time travelers.Number of Postpartum beds: 30.Number of births per day: 275-300 deliveries/month, >3000/year.Ratios: 1:4 couplet care, 1:5 if not babies.Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Yes.OB hospitalist available 24/7.Unit/Department specific orientation: 5 shifts; Days, 5x8s.
