SHIFT: Days (rotating weekends)
SCHEDULE: Full-time

*For a limited time we are offering external candidates up to $10,000 in sign-on bonuses, based on RN experience* Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center is a 133-bed facility that provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services including emergency, women's services, orthopedic, cardiac care and behavioral health services. Our surgical services include robotic-assisted technology, allowing our surgeons to operate with the tiniest incisions and with greater vision, precision and control. Manages day to day operations of the NICU ensuring decisions, actions and group performance contributes to achievement of the unit, department and hospital's goals and mission. Manages the nursing care of assigned patients in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Maintains unit readiness for regulatory surveys. Qualifications
EXPERIENCERequired - One year experience as an RN with demonstrated proficiency leadership and management skills.Preferred - Two years experience as an RN in a charge nurse role.
EDUCATIONRequired - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license as an RN in the State of Virginia.Preferred - Educational programs in nursing management. Currently enrolled in a program of study obtaining a BSN or BS - Business Administration.
