Our beautiful unit consists of 12 beds in the OB department; including 8 private labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum rooms (LDRP), 4 private rooms post cesarean section patients and 1 operating room suite for cesarean sections. The Women and Children Center offers full service childbirth education programs, lactation consultants on staff, couplet care for new moms and babies, fully equipped nursery for stabilization, centralized monitoring, OB triage and breastfeeding warm line. # Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 1 years# experience in an inpatient OB/GYN setting with documented Training in labor and delivery, couplet care/nursery is preferred. Active Nevada RN License or Interim Permit Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) / Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for Healthcare Providers certificate. Valid STABLE certification within 1 year Valid Advanced Fetal Heart monitoring certification within 1 year.
