North Florida Regional Healthcare is an organization centered around the community hospital in Gainesville, Florida North Florida Regional Medical Center (NFRMC). The Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at North Florida Regional Medical Center is comprised of an 18-bed main PACU unit, a 7-bed Womens Center PACU unit, and an 8-bed outpatient recovery unit. This position is in The Women's Center OR PACU.
We have an incredible team of nurses and techs who care for our patients during the immediate post-anesthesia period. We provide post-anesthesia care for patients following a wide variety of procedures, and are often faced with intensive hemodynamic monitoring and pain issues.
Our goal is to provide exceptional post-anesthesia care to both inpatients and outpatients. Our team also support each other; we are one big, hardworking PACU family! We are always looking for nurses who are willing to make a commitment to being a part of our dynamic team.

Qualifications
Education

Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
Licensure/Certification
· State of Florida RN License or appropriate compact licensure required. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire.
· BLS AHA provider required at the time of hire
Experience
· 1+ year of PACU/Critical Care experience
