Description/Qualifications:
Located in the heart of Oregons spectacular Willamette Valley, the midwives of Salem Health Medical Group (SHMG) at Salem Health provide full scope midwifery care, including: prenatal, delivery, postpartum and well woman care. The practice environment is highly collaborative and deeply connected to our community. SHMG Midwives, an integral part of Salem Healths team of employed healthcare providers, currently has 1 opening for a per diem CNM to join our existing team of eight providers. Ideal candidates are those with a track record of delivering high quality midwifery care while supporting and strengthening the entire care team.The midwife position would be full scope. The midwife would need to cover 1-2 call shifts and 1-3 clinic shifts per month. The call shifts are 12-24 hours depending on need.
