We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated NICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. Our NICU provides specialized care for newborns who are critically ill or premature. As a NICU RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our tiniest patients and providing support to their families during challenging times.

Position : Travel Registered Nurse

Location : Memphis, Tennessee

Schedule : Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00 19:00
Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Unit : NICU

As a NICU RN, you will be part of a team of highly trained professionals committed to delivering the highest standard of neonatal care. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology and resources to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to neonates in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate and support families, offering guidance and resources to help them understand their child's condition and care requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with hospital policies.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide immediate, effective interventions to stabilize critically ill infants.
  • Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neonatal care.

Requirements:
  • RN license in State of Assignment or compact license
  • 2 years of experience as a traveler 3 years with no travel
  • Must live 100 miles from facility
  • Covid Vaccine
  • Flu Vaccine
