We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated NICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. Our NICU provides specialized care for newborns who are critically ill or premature. As a NICU RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our tiniest patients and providing support to their families during challenging times.

Schedule : Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00 19:00
Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Unit : NICU

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to neonates in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing medical procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate and support families, offering guidance and resources to help them understand their child's condition and care requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with hospital policies.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate, effective interventions to stabilize critically ill infants.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neonatal care.
Requirements:
- RN license in State of Assignment or compact license
- 2 years of experience as a traveler 3 years with no travel
- Must live 100 miles from facility
- Covid Vaccine
- Flu Vaccine
