Registered Nurse, Antepartum – Full Time, Nights – $10K Sign On Bonus to Eligible New Hires
Our Antepartum/High Risk OB unit is driven by a team approach, focused on ensuring a safe patient environment while attending to the complex physiological and emotional challenges that an extended hospitalization can foster.
Location: Texas Health Dallas
Environment: .The Margot Perot Women's Center at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas is a MAGNET and Texas 10-Step facility.
Hours: Full Time, 36 Hours, 6:45pm – 7:15am, Rotating weekends and holidays
Salary: $27.50/min – $52.99/max, based on relevant experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 Year experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
• 1 Year experience in Antepartum preferred
• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support certification through the American Heart Association required upon hire
• NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification within 90 days from hire is required
• IFM – Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification within 90 days from hire is required
Position Responsibilites:
• Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process
• Aassesses the patient
• Plans the care of the patient
• Intervenes as appropriate
• Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions
• Incorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care.
• Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant others need for information
• Maintains continuity of patient care inter-shift, inter-hospital, and while expediting out of hospital transfers
