Main Line Health is looking for experienced Labor and Delivery RNs to join our Magnet®-designated team at Bryn Mawr Hospital. We are currently hiring for full-time, part-time, per diem and weekend program roles to join our night shift (7pm-7:30am) nursing staff.

New full-time, night shift RN hires with at least two years of Labor and Delivery experience are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000. And we offer prorated sign-on bonuses for eligible candidates who are hired for part-time and per diem roles as well.

Our Labor and Delivery RNs receive excellent compensation, inclusive health and retirement benefits, and position-specific benefits, including up to six weeks of PTO per year, free parking and employee discounts for various activities, services and vendors.

Successful candidates should be Pennsylvania-licensed RNs with at least an ASN degree. BSN candidates are preferred. Applicants should have at least one year of acute or labor and delivery experience. Sign-on bonus-eligible candidates should have two or more years of experience in Labor and Delivery. We are seeking patient-centered individuals who excel in a multi-specialty team setting and who demonstrate strong consultative skills and clinical judgement to work independently.
