Our RNs love working in the NICU because of the teamwork and supportive atmosphere that makes it feel like a family! The NICU also offers the ability to progress in your career and further your skills.
The St. Cloud Hospital's Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit provides quality care to our tiniest and sickest of infants from age of viability and above. Our 36-bed state of the art NICU provides a combination single and pod style rooms, which allows for parents to stay with their infant 24/7, dedicated lactation support, Family Support Program, Respite room for parents, and air & ground transport, all while providing high tech care with heart.
Qualifications:
$3,500 Hiring Bonus Eligibility:To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
$5,000 Relocation Assistance Eligibility:Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
**CentraCare hiring incentives to include but not limited to, hiring and relocation bonuses may be discontinued at any time.

Schedule:
- Full-time | 64-72 hours every two weeks | Onsite
- Day, evening rotation | 7am-3:30pm & 3pm-11:30pm
- Every other weekend (Fri-Sun) | Every other holiday
- Starting Hourly Pay (pay can increase with prior nursing experience)
- ADN $36.83 | BSN $37.75 | MSN $38.69
- $3,500 hiring bonus
- Relocation assistance of $5,000 is available to those who qualify

- Graduate from an accredited nursing program and current MN RN license required
- BSN required within three years of hire
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
- STABLE and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required (training will be provided)
