Position Highlights

• Work location: Texas Health Ft. Worth, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76104
• Work environment: The Women's Center at Texas Health Ft. Worth, a MAGNET, and Texas 10-Step facility, has been named “Best Place to Have a Baby” and Maternal Level IV designated facility.
• 18-bed LDR's
• 5-bay OB/ED
• 5 triage rooms
• 3 OR suites
• Average 300 + deliveries per month.
• Float within women's services – Antepartum
• Wide range of patients and plan of care – water births, nitrous oxide, Midwifery and high-risk patients
• Work hours: Full-time, 36 hours weekly, (3) 12-hour shifts, 6:30PM – 7:00AM, plus call requirements
• Salary range: $27.50 - $52.88 per hour (based on relevant RN experience) + great shift differentials
• Sign-On Bonus for 2-year agreement for eligible new hires

Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth is a 726-bed, Magnet-designated regional referral center that has served the residents of Tarrant County and surroundings communities since 1930. Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency (required)
• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 90 days of hire
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 90 days is required
• 1 Year Experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
• More than 2 years Labor & Delivery RN experience strongly preferred
