Bluebird Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Charleston, South Carolina.
Job Description & Requirements
Bluebird Features and Benefits:
Pediatric Critical Care float pool RN
Shift: Will work 3x12s hour nights, 7pm-730am, 36 hours/week
Weekend REQ: Every other weekend, holiday rotation
Ratios: 1:2/1:3
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-RN will float to all Pediatric units in SJCH (CVPICU, NICU, PICU)
Years of experience REQ: 2 years of Peds ICU experience
First timers accepted: yes, if they have the needed experience
License REQ: South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License
Certs required: BLS, PALS (MUSC only accepts American Heart Association, AHA)
Experience preferred: ECMO, CRRT
Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs.
Local radius: 60 miles
Locals accepted: Yes. Locals are accepted on a case-by-case basis ad 10% less than the posted bill rate
RTO Restrictions: all RTO must be submitted at time of submission. Approval based off unit needs
Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks **Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.** Shift Info: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
