Responsibilities:

* Demonstrates ability to assist with breastfeeding.
* Adheres to all aspect of infant abduction policy.
* Assess neonate at delivery and perform neonatal resuscitation.
* Perform head to toe assessments on obstetrical patients.
* Initiates transitional care on the newborn.
* Demonstrates ability to circulate in the operating room.
* Manage patients in post anesthesia recovery area.
* Manage labor patients.
* Assist during epidural anesthesia.
* Maintains NPR and Fetal monitoring every 2 years.

Qualifications

* FL RN License.
* BLS required.
* ACLS required.
* NRP preferred.
* AWHONN Intermediate certification within 6 months of hire
* Fetal monitoring competency test required every two years.
