This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.
**Salary (Union Pay Scale)**
- $37-$54.37 per hour (1-9 years experience)
- $55-$61.53 per hour (10-20 years experience)
**Shift Differentials**
- Night Shift Differential: $6.50 per hour
- Weekend Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour
- OT/extra shifts available
**Shift**
- 7pm-7:30am - x3 shifts per week
**Must-Have Requirements**
- Unencumbered RN Oregon state license.
- At least 1 year of experience as an RN.
- Must have Labor and Delivery experience (preferred) or OB experience.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Interpeds, Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM).

- Post-partum
- Mother and Baby
- C-Section
- Circulating
**Job Summary**
- The Registered Nurse (RN) applies nursing knowledge and experience to provide care following the nursing process as per the hospital's policies.
- Handles life-threatening situations with appropriate nursing interventions.
- Organizing patient care involves prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating care continuously.
**Job Duties**
- Demonstrates knowledge and proper utilization of the nursing process.
- Takes ownership of their clinical competency and professional growth.
- Engages in responsible healthcare resource management.
- Exhibits proficiency and knowledge in managing obstetrical emergencies.
- Acts as a valuable member of the interdisciplinary team.
**Skils & Abilities**
- Demonstrate good judgment, patience, and maintain professionalism consistently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and stressful work environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Electronic medical records software.
- Strong organizational skills and capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal communication and advanced math abilities.
- Display creativity, problem-solving skills, and sound decision-making capabilities.
- Must be able to handle a busy and high-pressure work environment.
