Responsibilities:
  • Neonatal Nursing Expertise: Provide specialized nursing care to newborns in the NICU, including assessment, monitoring, and intervention.
  • Family-Centered Care: Collaborate with families to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing education and support throughout their NICU journey.
  • Critical Care Skills: Utilize your advanced skills to manage complex medical needs, administer medications, and operate specialized equipment.

Qualifications:
  • Required:
    • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
    • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
    • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
    • National Provider NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
    • 1 year of nursing experience.
