The Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns is a 60 bed private/semi-private neonatal intensive care beds, which offers state-of-the-art care. This is the first of its kind in the tristate area and offers compassionate, personalized care to term and pre-term infants and their families.

This Clinical Manager position is for the Neonatal ICU unit at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center./Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns. This is a full time 10 hour Night Flex shift position 4 shifts per week ( includes weekend flexibility to meet the needs of the unit.) No holidays

11PM-9AM

Preferred Criteria:

Previous management experience

Masters in Nursing or related field. If Masters in Nursing, BSN can be preferred.

American Nurses Credentialing Center approved National Board Certification

Preferred 2 year NICU Experience

Required Criteria

* At least two years of acute care RN experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
* Current New York State RN license
* BCLS certification
* NRP Certification
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrated leadership competencies
* Clinical expertise within field or specialty
