$15,000 Hiring Bonus for Full-time Registered Nurse, RN Labor & Delivery

(RN must have 2+ years of L&D experience to be eligible for bonus)

Primary Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, the L&D Registered Nurse functions within the Professional Nursing Law, according to professional standards, and his/her level of knowledge and experience. He/she assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients (or patient) for a designated timeframe by prescribing, delegating, and coordinating nursing care. The Professional Registered Nurse provides care to the patient population of a specified clinical unit. Full time RN (36hrs/wk 7p-7a)

Education: BSN required.

Experience: one year med/surg experience required

Licensure, Certification & Registration Requirements:

* Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or Graduate Nurse. Maintains current licensure.
* BLS certification through American Heart Association required.
* Certification in clinical practice area preferred.
* Membership in Professional Organization encouraged.
