Overview:
  • Registered Nurse in clinic provides professional nursing care to patients within the medical practice. Assists in the treatment of patients and completes related clinical paperwork.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensure: Current valid Arkansas state nursing license.
  • Experience: Minimum two (2) years as a Registered Nurse preferred. Certifications: CPR certification.
  • Other: Knowledge of the principals and skills needed for nursing care. Knowledge of medications, patient education and common safety practices. Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Must be able to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and policies. Must be able to communicate clearly and establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, staff and the public. Basic computer terminal and keyboard skills, or the ability to learn these skills, in order to access information and enter clinical data.
