Job Description:
What we're looking for in you
Required:
* Associate's degree in Nursing
* Current Minnesota RN license with regular renewal
* Current BLS from American Heart or Red Cross
* NRP Certification required for all Women's Center RN positions. If not present at hire, must complete within 6 months of start date
* Labor & Delivery requires Fetal Heart Rate Monitoring Certification. If not present at hire, must complete within 6 months of start date
* Level II Nursery requires STABLE Certification. If not present at hire, must complete within 6 months of start date
Preferred:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
* STABLE Certification preferred for all Women's Center RN positions
The skills/experience you bring as a RN - Women's Center
Required:
* Level II Nursery requires NICU experience
Preferred:
* Labor & Delivery experience or 1-3 years of Medical/Surgical experience
The purpose of the RN - Women's Center
As a RN you will manage and provide direct and indirect nursing care. Responsible for direction and supervision of ancillary personnel assigned to patients.
