Clinical Manager, Level II Nursery

Full-Time Day Shift: 8 am - 5 pm, Mon. Fri.

Direct operations of the clinical area and be responsible for clinical outcomes, customer satisfaction, marketing, customer experience, and fiduciary responsibilities. Take accountability for delivery of high-quality services, optimal operational function of the clinical area, and maintenance of and clinical staff adherence to all regulatory requirements.

  • Facilitate the planning, organization, implementation, and control of resources needed for optimal performance of the department in coordination with physicians, clinicians, and support staff.
  • Be accountable for human resource management, including recruitment, retention and staff management/supervision, and promotion of an optimal work environment.
  • Ensure high-quality care and effective administrative management of the department on a 24-hour basis.
  • Develop programs and policies.

We seek a Clinical Manager, Level II Nursery with the following credentials:


  • Three or more years of recent clinical nursing experience
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a master’s degree in nursing or a related field, such as healthcare administration or business administration (in which case a BSN is also required)
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of South Carolina or current multi-state licensure as a registered nurse in a recognized NCBSN Compact State if not a permanent resident of South Carolina
  • Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider Card
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, hospital and medical staff, and the public
  • Proven management, leadership, and interpersonal/communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice, including the ability to give and evaluate care


  • Recent management/administrative experience
